Ho hum
The room was clean. But after getting the temperature in the room nice and cool, when you stepped into the hallway, it was hot and muggy. You felt like you had to go right back in the room and shower again. The staff was friendly, but you always had to get the attention of the nighttime front desk girl because she always had an earbud in her ear. That was a turnoff to me. The price was nice for three nights, but I also think I got what I paid for. It was underwhelming. We will not return here again.

AVOID at all costs
Never again! Room smelled like mold. They required a $250 CASH deposit as if we were going to throw a party. My husband is a teacher, I am a writer and we were there with out first grader. Place was filthy! Way too many drunk people in the pool. We actually checked out after 3 hours because it was so bad. Didn't get a penny back. NEVER, EVER Stay here.

The beds were the most comfortable beds i have slept on in a long time. Stayed 3 nights in a large room with 3 beds. Would stay there again.

Bed bugs! My boyfriend woke up in the middle of the night because he felt something crawling on him only to discover bed bugs. We contacted the front desk who moved us to another room. The next morning we were told that a manager would be getting ahold of us. I finally called back at 900pm that night. The manager answered and was rude and dismissive. She started that she was bringing in an exterminator to see if there really was a problem! We brought one of the dead bugs to the front desk with us! Everyone else was wonderful and very apologetic, she was terrible.

In description of room I could get a roll away bed. I was told I could not have a rollaway in that room and could not offer me anything different. Would give me two rooms but would have to pay for two rooms. Frustrating, especially when I put note on reservation that I needed a rollaway bed in the room. Also carpet was sticky and disgusting. Not impressed. Pool was kinda dirty also.

Worst hotel. Don’t expect to be argued with!
Left hotel Sat morning with cleaning crew right down the hall about 8:45. Gone all day and didn’t clean our room. Called, and front desk said they had marked it As clean. Um.... NO. Asked for additional towels. Only brought up 2 and had to use handtowel to dry with. No manager to help on property. Never again.
