Not Worth the High Price!
Upgraded to a suite thinking it would be better, not so much. The bar BLASTED music until after 11pm when I complained. The Suites share a wall! Smoke detector kept going off, after getting changed, twice! Loud air horn sound going off in a room every hour on the hour all night long! Do Not stay in 181! Ancient soda machine was the only thing onsite, besides the bar.

The stay was great the staff are exceptional and the fact that they actually still do a breakfast was the best. They also have a nice bar and restaurant too.

Wrong room
First they could not find out reservations. So they made us new ones when they finally get us our room keys they gives us a room with someone already staying in the room the other person was not to happy. We got back to the front desk and the girl gives us another room which again has another person in it we will definitely not be staying again

Hair in the tub, tv falling over. Overall didn’t feel clean. Car with bullet holes outside. But restaurant next door was amazing!

Never again at this location....
This was terrible. The mattress was “reassembled” with rusty springs and foam pads. The room was musty and smelly. Yellow stains on the sheets. I had my techs checked out after one night.

This hotel was much cleaner and nicer than most Best Westerns I have stayed at. Easy access to/from I10 with a few places to eat nearby. And it was quiet! Nothing luxurious but we would stay again.

Spring Training, just missed it
I was here to watch some spring training baseball . I arrived on the day they cancelled the rest of the Spring schedule. Guests were scrambling to change plans and Best Western was very accomodating. Very good complimentary breakfast. Lots of choices, including eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereals, breads, and more. The pool is nice. No food or retail within walking distance. The room was comfortable, and I was able to park right by my door. My only problem was that a couple mornings my water barely got warm enough for a shower. Other than that, a nice stay. I'll be back.
