Mostly Nice with little bit of glitches at the end
The hotel needs to update their system about charging guests for the minibar items. I didn’t consume anything from their stack, did not even touch a single bottle from the refrigerator, but they charged me $147 (USD) for no reason. They said their sensor system reported the consumption. In that case they should update their system accordingly. This is really awkward for a guest to justify that they did not consume something they have been charged for. I have been assured to get refunded against the extra charges, but I wish it never happened. I would recommend guests to take pictures after check-in and before check-out.
The room was small than I expected in that price. Best part of the stay was the restaurants and the overall ambience. I will definitely recommend this hotel and it’s restaurants specially Champions Sport Bar and HANA. The staffs were very nice and welcoming too.
