Thumbs down. Difficult to talk about the pros.
Internet didn’t work so the phones didn’t work. Could t call for food or housekeeping. Majority of tv channels wouldn’t load so after the park closes at 7 if you have small kids find other things to keep them busy. After the hassle of getting ahold of staff for clean towels and wash cloths I was told they would be brought over. This was early morning. Got back that night and no towels. No phone to get ahold of anyone. Options are pack up your kids and drive to front desk or leave them alone in the room. Also, I was charged twice for my stay. Huge hassle and inconvenience. Very unhappy with my experience hotels.com and camp cedar.
