Lage des Hotels optimal, Saunadorf sehr schön, Pool ebenso. Zimmer insgesamt hellhörig. In der ersten Nacht wurde uns teilweise der Schlaf durch den Ventilator des Bades geraubt. Nach dem Löschen des Lichtes lief er noch 15 Minuten mit 52 Db Geräusch weiter. Leider konnte uns das Personal keine Problemlösung anbieten (diese bestand, wie wir selbst herausfanden, darin, im Bad nur die Lampe am Spiegel zu benutzen, was den Ventilator nicht auslöste). Frühstück maximal mittelmäßig mit teilweise altbackenen Brötchen, am ersten Tag unzureichend nachbefüllt.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten bei einem Zimmer ein Upgrade was ich sehr gut fand. Schade war, da wir zwei Zimmer gebucht hatten, dass diese weit auseinander gelegen sind. Zudem war Vollpension gebucht. Wir kamen um 20 nach 3 an und es war kein Kuchen mehr da, leider nicht mehr ganz frischer Salat und von der Lasagne/Nudelauflauf war leider auch nichts mehr da - wurde auch nichts mehr aufgefüllt. Der Service war leider komplett überfordert obwohl nur 3 Tische belegt waren (wir bekamen lange nichts zu trinken) - sowohl Nachmittags als auch Abends. Der Whirlpool war nicht nutzbar. Badeschlappen waren auch auf beiden Zimmern nicht (steht aber auf der Website). Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich von einem 4 Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet habe. (Rezeption kennt die eigenen Zeiten von Frühstück, Nachmittag & Abendessen nicht & auch nicht die Zeiten vom Wellness)

Schönes Hotel in Zwiesel
Der Aufenthalt war wie beim letzten Mal sehr gut, einige Dinge die mich gestört haben waren, das beim Frühstück viele Plastikverpackungen auf dem Büffet waren, hoffentlich ist dies nur Covid bedingt so. Im Poolbereich war etwas wenig Platz, lag wohl hauptsächlich am ausgebuchten Hotel und dem schlechten Wetter

Preis Leistung stimmen nicht
Es hat seine 4 Sterne nicht verdient. Personal ist freundlich und gab sich Mühe die Wünsche des Gastes zu erfüllen. Die Wahl zum Abendessen war generell ein 5 Gänge Menü. Alternative Speisen gab es nicht. Einige Baustellen im und um den Hotelkomplex schmälern den Aufenthalt. Es gab einen Heizungsausfall und der Warmwasserversorgung. Nach mehreren Nachfragen konnte uns keine Antwort gegeben werden. Eine ausgleichende Alternative wurde uns auch nicht angeboten. So reisten wir vorzeitig ab.
