Wonderful Saturday night stay
One night stay for a girls weekend. Lake view room (Lake Como) was lovely! Some evidence of recent remodeling, but overall it was modern decor in good condition. Beds were comfy. room & bathroom were very clean. Nice to be able to slide the window open for some country air. Used the indoor pool/jacuzzi as well as the sauna & steam room. Fabulous! Good size indoor pool compared most hotels. Shuttle driver was kind enough to pick us up from nearby restaurant that we had walked to (too cold to walk back at night!). He told us the property was a Holiday Inn for many years. Grateful someone bought it & modernized it! Would like to o back during the summer to partake of the outdoor pool & outdoor deck bar. It was nice to be soemwhat removed from the "bustle" of hotels on the shore of Lake Geneva.

Beautiful Lake Geneva
This hotel had a nice remodeled lobby. But hallway and room was old. On a beautiful property. Our only problem was with our room, not cleaned well, noise in room above us all night (I mean a lot of noise. Yelling and stomping & we could hear the people fighting all night. I know that is not the hotels fault. Just very thin walls.) Very convenient parking. I am sure hotel plans will be to remodel rooms eventually. So it could get better.😊

Pleasant stay.
We were not familiar with the Ridge and were looking for a pet friendly property. It is a n ice place, comfortable and clean. There is a pet fee of $75 of which we were not aware but it was reasonable. Friendly staff and nice overall feel to the place. We would come back to this place again if we need a pet friendly location.

Pet Friendly
We like the hotel because it is pet friendly. But it is an older hotel. The rooms definitely show the age. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, too.

Nice Time at The Ridge
Staff was very friendly, lobby and public areas are very nice. The indoor pool and locker room are great - nice size & depth. The locker room has both a sauna and steam room. On site restaurants were excellent. Overall, a wonderful stay.
