I was given a room on the 1st floor towards the end of the building. There was an event taking place in one of the ballrooms with loud music. I could not sleep until 4am despite ear plugs and noise cancellation headphones. Very poor window sound isolation. After several complains, the staff offer me at 1am to relocate to another room. I declined as I was leaving early the next day.

I have stayed at this hotel on three different occasions. As a seasoned traveler, I must say that this is clearly one of the best hotels I have experienced in Cameroon. It is quiet, convenient for travelers to and from the local airport, the manager is most engaging and ubiquitous. The staff functions at the highest level of professionalism. The rooms are spacious, clean, and calming. Food service is balanced and satisfactory. Without any hesitation I will stay here again at the next opportunity.

My overall stay was good when compared to other hotels in the city.. Its location close to the airport is helpful in a city where traffic is a big challenge. My only few disappointments were around service and functioning of basic fixtures..Employees need to present a more friendly and professional outlook..There should be in-room dining menu in the rooms.. Need to fix plumbing system for adequate water pressure when taking showers and drainage of bathroom sinks and showers needs fixing
