People try to sell you time share,from other hotels from inside the hotel . Taxi from hotel is one cost and later the driver ask for double , to many things the hotel is involve and later they said they are not part of the hotel.very disappointed.

We vacated property by staying only 1 day, reasons, huge bed bugs ( we have videos of same), a/c was non functional, sticky floor, smelly rooms, insufficient dining with dirty environment. Dirty bar and glasses. Property is not meant for tourists, no one should go through what we had to. Thanks to Expedia for changing our further reservation to another hotel. Please bring down the rating of this resort so that no new people fall in trap of fake reviews.

This place is clean, the property is ok the gardens are beautiful, however the food is bad, they put effort on dinner at night but not much flavor they need a good chef, the breakfast is terrible and always the same things, the service people some are nice, some are not nice; after you check in, they ask you to come visit another property they own a one step better to buy nights, just like a timeshare, they push and push and offer you if you buy, to stay in this better place, but still is not worth it, is a place to stay not more than 3 nights, you get what you pay for, they try but if they would put more effort on the food it would be a better place,I will definitely not come back here.

This was a amazing experience. First of all let me start off by saying the staff was amazing they took care of everything and where very friendly. The food was fantastic. The only bad thing for us, was the air conditioning, I would never stay here again just because of that. The ac will not go below 85F or 29C I realize this may be normal for them but I am from Oregon, this made it almost impossible to sleep. My wife and one daughter slept on the floor because the tiles where cold. These people need to realize the yes ac may cost alot but I am on vacation and want to be comfortable. I don't want to sweat my but off in my room. I would say at the very least this place needs to make the temp colder for some even if there is a fee to do so. Its a shame I can&#
