Everything looked a bit tired... and it was very far from the city.. the only transportation was taxi or a long walk to a deserted train station.. the man at reception enthusiastically offer to book tours for me.. then charged me 80e extra and asked for cash!

Not a good location. Bed was comfortable. Leaking ceiling right in front of room entrance. Difficult getting in and out of the parking structure. Not a safe area. Difficult to get to. Restaurant food was awful as well as waiter service. Front desk help Was good.

The decor of the hotel room was very nice. Excellent bed. I had excellent service at the restaurant. The salmon was a bit overcooked, so I cannot give the restaurant my highest rating but all other elements were very good.

A hidden jewel. Off the beaten path but good location to walk to food shopping and train into Florence. Hotel insides were very nice. Had ac and secure free parking. Would stay there again.
