The Dirty Spot
It was very dirty. The chairs are so nasty and funky. They really need to deep clean and get new furniture. Never again will I stay there.

What a let down
Bed was extremely hard. The bathtub was dirty. I was billed twice and had to fight with several people on tje phone for 2 days to get it resolved. Grounds, lobby and pool looks amazing then you go in the room and it looked like an old motel 6. So disappointing.

The front desk staff was very rude every time I talked to them. Our key cards would not work for 2 days. Every time we left the room they would have to come let us in. The security guard that was trying to fix the door was rude about it. The manager said once it is fixed they were going to give us a discount on the room. No one called me after it got fixed and when I called to ask about the discount they gave me a 25 dollar bar credit. I don’t even drink. The resort itself is very dated. The same security guard screamed at my children for having a ball in the pool. They have a market that sells balls and about 4 other kids had balls in the pool. But he only yelled at my daughter and told her next time she would be kicked out. I have been to Florida 4 times in the past year and this was for sure the worst place we stayed.
