One of the worst stay I ever had in South Africa.
I took my time before writing this review. I wanted to be fair. So, I will start with the positive. The room was very large. The kitchen was great, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Now, the negative. The hotel was actually closed when we showed up. The staff and manager had no idea we were coming even though we booked way ahead. We had to argue for them to let us stay and wait for them to clean a room. The restaurant was closed on the first night for a private event, and even though they mentioned it would be open for night two, it was closed. The lights in the public space were not open, and their parking lot was a delivery space. The place was super noisy because of the private event happening. This is a very nice building, but not a hotel. For the rate we paid, we could have got a lot better.
