Booked non smoking room did not get one. I can not believe they even let smoking indoors. My room smelled like an ash tray, the hallways and elevator reeked on cigarettes' and pot.

The room was clean except the blanket and bed spread had burn holes from people smoking.The breakfast items offered were slim choices between waffles or granola bar nothing else. Staff was nice and helpful at all times.

Get what you pay for
Staff was nice enough, but the room was worn. Kid stickers on the table & wall. Toilet didn’t flush correctly. Showerhead/pressure was minimal at best. Breakfast room had sticky floors. Only option for breakfast was waffles or a granola bar, watered down apple/orange juice & coffee. Sheets were clean and bed was nice.

My Weekend Stay at the Super 8 Groton
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Super 8 Groton. It started out a little bad since the AC didn't work in the room. It was an unusually hot day for April. I did inform the desk about the AC but no one was available to fix it. Fortunately, the temp. dropped through the remainder of the weekend. The WiFi service also wasn't working in my room but it started working later that first night and was OK the rest of the weekend.
