Amazing. You will be happy you chose this property
This place is amazing. The grounds are impeccable and the food is superb. There was a great selection as well. That’s good news if you have picky eaters as I do. The staff is amazing and friendly as well. Can’t wait to return without the kids.

Liked how close the please was to everything and the view was beautiful. Unfortunately, someone gave a key to our room to another person and was told it was his room as well so he walked right into our room while we were there. Thankfully we had clothes on. When we went up to the front desk with the other guest, the front desk manager didn’t seem to care or think it was a big deal. I was worried all night and double checked the doors that they were locked. Couldn’t have been a lot worse of a situation but also seemed careless and could have walked into our room with all of our stuff stolen as well. Just a shame.

Absolutely amazing property, beautiful settings, picturesque, well kept. Traveled past this place many times and had NO IDEA how beautiful and large it is. Anyone traveling to Napa and planning to spend about the same price for a room, sure make this number one choice. The customer service is above and beyond.

Very good
Definitely nice place to stay, but it has the only strong neg aspect - everything is outdated. It’s like you are visiting Home Depot store in 90s. Pros: - easy room upgrade. Since it was extremely hot outside (115 degrees, omg) we have asked for a room with a private hot tub. Took 1 minute. - great vineyards view. - room service from the restaurant. Decent food, fair price. - easy access to parking; - a few pools in the hotel with beach towels. Cons: - everything is outdated; - everything is outdated; - we’ve been told we get 2 bottles of complimentary wine but got just one.
