views will delight you from the 2nd floor private master balcony and
3rd floor living room balcony, but head upstairs to the 4th floor
rooftop terrace for a 360 panoramic view of the bay and gulf. The
beautiful interior decor further enhances this coastal experience with
upscale furnishings crafted by local artisans. Blocks from the beach
and minutes from downtown, you are only ever a few steps away from all
that Port Aransas has to offer. A free Golf cart is provided on
nightly rentals *As of March 1, 2021 and is a quick and easy shuttle
to the beach and town.
The private pool is professionally landscaped in a tropical flair
which provides serene privacy for you and your guests. This area is
also equipped with an outdoor shower, poolside charcoal grill, and an
engineered turf lawn.
The ground level of this coastal retreat consists of a private
captain's quarters. This area is complete with a king bed, large
sitting area with fold out queen sofa, and a trundle under the king.
There are two TVs in this room, including a 60-inch flat screen
equipped with accessible HDMI cable perfect for the teenage gamers to
connect their consoles. This space also has a full bath ensuite and a
kitchenette complete with microwave, Keurig, standard coffee maker,
toaster and drink refrigerator.
The top of this three-story beauty hosts a large living area with a 70
inch flatscreen TV with soundbar. The adjacent dining room hosts
dinner seating for 10. There are an additional 4 seats located at the
adjacent countertop. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes
granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, as well as a standard
coffee maker, Keurig, and margarita machine. Need wine chilled? There
is also a separate wine refrigerator located conveniently in the
The middle floor has three bedrooms. The master is equipped with a
king-size bed and ensuite as well as a private deck perfect for
morning coffee. Two additional bedrooms share a spacious full bath.
All bedrooms in the house have smart TVs and ceiling fans. The large
washer and dryer are also located on this floor.
A workspace including a stand-up/sit-down desk with a flat screen
24-inch monitor and keyboard for your use is in the Captain's
quarters. The internet speed has been upgraded on the house along with
a mesh Wi-Fi sure to handle all your communication needs on any floor
including the pool area.
This subdivision does not have a boardwalk to the beach. An elevator
is available for an additional $250 deposit. Arrangements for this
should be made at time of reservation. This house is also pet
friendly, pending approval, for an additional deposit.
There is parking for 4 vehicles (1 – garage; 2 – driveway; 1-
center between properties) however the golf cart will require one of
Golf cart available for nightly rentals only. With monthly rentals the
cart can be rented for an additional $100 per week.
Parking Rules: Village Walk
1) 4 paved parking spaces for 4 medium sized vehicles and one six seat
2) Parking Tags will be provided by SSVR. All tags must be returned to
checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. No Street Parking, No
Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other VW Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV's
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
