The Hotel was a wonderful experience. Due to construction, activities were canceled for a couple days. There was a lot tree maintenance going on. So you should good. We do plan to go back. We really loved our two bedroom unit. It was the perfect size for our family of five very clean and well-maintained. It had all the things for us to be able to cook a meal which was really nice. The only thing we didn’t enjoy that much was the swimming pool. It was so crowded and although there is an outdoor bar and I’m sure that lots of people enjoy that it creates kind of a belligerent hostile environment for families and we didn’t care for that at all.

This was our second time staying . The property is well maintained and has a lot of activities especially for kids . The rooms are big and comfortable . Our past stay we had very good service . We arrived early on 4th of July and were hoping to check in early . The lady was very helpful and empathetic to our situation . We were allowed to check in 3 hours early and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Another nice feature is you get your own designated parking space so you don’t have to worry about hunting down a parking spot . We go to Williamsburg at least once a year and this is our new go to!

My stay was pleasant, with one major caveat...SECURITY or lack thereof. My family and I spent a fair price to stay at and enjoy the amenities provided by this Hilton property. We were very shocked to see how anyone could just drive onto the property and enjoy the things that we paid to access, without even having to stop at the guard shack. Which means we could have paid far less to stay at a smaller hotel nearby and drove over daily to enjoy the resort amenities. Not a total deal breaker huh? When you think of how that lack of security could turn into something so much more when families think they're at a gated/private resort but they're not, a bigger issue of concern should present itself.
