Nice people. Party hotel.
If you are looking for a place to solely crash after going out all night this is the place. It’s literally right next to almost all the bars and clubs you want to go too. Is this place a place to bring your family to relax not so much. Overall very nice people.

When I arrived to the property my first experience wss terrible. i had made my reservation with a credit card and they expected me to pay a separate deposit with cash. When i mentioned the parking for my car, I was told I would have to pay separately with Mexican cash for my parking stay. Although I mentioned this was not stated I was forced into paying extra for it. Then I was asked for a cash deposit for the air conditioner remote, another cash deposit for the television remote and when I asked for extra towels I was told that was not allowed since we already had 2. But the room was for 6 people. The bed sheets had holes, the room was dirty, the kitchen was dirty, the bathroom window is purely a screen with no glass and the television was completely broken and looked like it was from the 80’s. The next day I was asked for a parking reciept yet I had not been given one and only proved it because I had paid by card instead of cash as they insisted. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend.

Give us cash or sleep on the streets of Acapulco
I was told upon check in with my infant son, 5 year old son and wife after 10 days of international travel that their credit card machine was down. They told me to pay cash or I could not get a room. I had to walk the city looking for an ATM or bank after 8 hours of travel carrying my bags with me. The hotel had no regard for anything but their cash. They also wanted 100 pesos $5 american for a remote control otherwise no tv. Hotels.com should not be listing for this hotel. I would have gone elsewhere but there were no rooms available anywhere due to the holiday week

Great location to meet basic needs
The hotel meets the minimum needs for travelers like me, which is great! Very close to many bars and restaurants, and just a couple minutes to a beautiful section of the beach. The room and hotel itself is a bit outdated but is an excellent option for budget minded travelers like myself. Staff was VERY friendly (and spoke good English), and the cost was great. All in all I would highly recommend.
