The hotel was very clean. The room was very customer friendly. I would stay here again without question. They were very full on our last night. This resulted in a little inconvenience for parking but was quickly remedied.

Great location. Walkable to everything. Parking included on site which most hotels do not offer. The hotel needs to be updated. It wasn’t bad, just wasn’t great like other Holiday Inn Express we’ve stayed in.

Disastrous stay in downtown GVL.
Do not stay here! If there was a way to give a negative number I would. As we checked in the girl at the front desk was so high she could barely write my name. I thought well I will give this a chance... Big mistake! Zero parking, the front desk literally told me to leave it under the awning or park in handicap. I have never left a hotel in 20 years. I did this past weekend

This hotel is very well maintained and has an excellent, attentive staff. While we were there were BLM protest surrounding the hotel. This is certainly not the hotels fault and they did take extra measures to ensure their guests safety. Minus the protestors I would definitely recommend this hotel.
