It’s a nice place to stay. Some quirks. The bed was very comfortable. Oddly there was no lamp on the bedside table. You have to turn off the overhead light and walk in the dark to the bed. The room was spacious but the chair was not very comfortable. More of a dining chair. Post Covid breakfast fare is challenging. I think they tried and that matters. I requested a room on the first floor - like to avoid stairs due to a bad knee. However I was in a room with a flight of stairs. Don’t like to request accessible rooms as there are not many of them. I did note there were rooms with ground level entrances. That was on me so I need to better explain my needs. Overall it was pleasant. Close to Mystic and Foxwoods.

So-so hotel
Beds had foam mattresses so they were a little soft. Odd shaped room looked dated but overall clean. Phone, air conditioning/ heating unit didn’t work and we couldn’t get internet. It was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.

Saw a show at Foxwoods and stayed here
It was our 2nd time staying there and the rooms are always ultra clean. The jetted tub is big enough for 2. This time we had breakfast in the breakfast nook and the waffle was delicious and they had a selection of breads and cereals. The staff is always very polite and nice. They also have a very cool shuttle to Foxwoods. It is a limousine.

Advertised amenities are not accurate
I reserved this room for a girls weekend get away for me + a friend. I chose to reserve this room (King luxury jacuzzi room) because it advertised it had a jacuzzi tub in room, limo shuttle to Foxwoods, champagne & cookies at check in, and a deluxe continental breakfast, among other amenities. When my friend + I arrived for check in we did the check in process + were never offered champagne or cookies. I had to ask for them. They seemed annoyed that I asked. The parking spots are limited + We had to park away from our room. The room was clean when we got there. The microwave was very old + the entire room definitely needs updating. In order to get our remote to work for our TV, we had to stand at the television + hold the little box up that's dangling from underneath the TV. The cover to the heater/AC control panel was broken. There was no AM/FM clock or personal safe as advertised. When we woke up + went to the "deluxe Continental breakfast", we were surprised + very disappointed to see only bagels, a waffle maker which was not turned on, little boxes of cereal, and yogurt. That's it. That is not the definition of a deluxe Continental breakfast. We asked about a fire several times and were told it would be lit + it never was (all weekend) yet the sign @ the front desk says they light it nightly at 6pm. The limo has a big dent and scratches down the driver's side. There was no daily housekeeping and we had to ask for clean towels.
