Overbooked hotel
Absolutely appalled by this hotel. I arrived at about quarter to 11 after working and having to drive down. I had booked a room but when I arrived I was told “we haven’t got a room for you”. When I asked what they were going to do about it I just got given really poor attitude. I understand it is not the receptionists fault but surely they have a duty of care to not just turn you away and to help find an alternative. As a woman in her early 20s alone in the middle of a city I don’t know to be given a “what do you want us to do about it” attitude I think is appalling.
