    Good hotel for one night in JFK

    It was our second time in this hotel this year. Both times we had to stay after late night flight in order to rent a car the next day. As most airport hotels, it is a very average one, not the one you want to have for leisure. But it has fully satisfied our needs both time and we will come back again if we have the same situation. Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, especially this waffles :). What is very negative is Airport shuttle service. The driver is not accurate with luggage at all, he handled it the same way as most asinines do when customers dont see. I recommend loading and unloading your bags on your own.

    Hotel was full. Limited off street parking so had to park on the street for 1 night. Cleanliness was normal. Free breakfast ran out of pancakes mid-morning with no other substitute. From desk was very helpful. Room was not completely serviced prior to check in.

    Ruined my vacation

    This is by far the worse hotel i have been at,customer service is very poor.... sucks, not to mention the breakfast, yuk very cold and dry. Management is the worse they just want the money they dont care about the guest please do yourself afavor and pick a different hotel. They don't clean the hotel rooms properly, got in my room and found stuff from the previous guest which was very disgusting

    Top Notch Hotel lacking customer service skills

    Nice stay, but service could be better. Front desk staff generally seemed like the guests were a burden to them. There was a long wait at check in. Perhaps that’s why I don’t like coming to New York. For the price, I’d expect way better service and I’d be treated better for less elsewhere.

    So hot!!!

    My kids and I literally couldn't get a minute of sleep. It was so hot. Couldn't get the thermostat to go any lower. Walls are really thin. Worst $ I've ever spent on a hotel. Should have slept at the airport. Totally serious.
