    Clean, good amenities, friendly but short staffed

    They’re short staffed like everyone else. Called to see if we could check-in 30 min early they said probably but when we got here there were no rooms so we hung out in our car for 30 min then went back in but were told still no rooms and they would call when we could get it. Stayed in car another 30 minutes then went to check again and were told there is no way they’ll know when check in will be so we left to go do some shopping and they did call when room was ready. Also note the pool is available by appointment only during COVID. Didn’t know that until the kids already had their suits on and we saw the sign on the pool door. Scheduled time for them to swim for 45 min in the morning. Still very nice staff, location, hotel!! Just different times

    I loved everything about the hotel! The staff was super friendly. Everything was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub were open for sign up and they had a choice of what you wanted for breakfast for your to go bag.

    Less than impressed

    Stayed during a stormy weekend....this propert did NOTHING to maintain there on site parking lot and subsequently caused very dangerous walkong and driving conditions....The staff at front dest were polite but room was not thoroughly cleaned at all..carpets were not clean...windows on the inside were filthy covered in dirty finger prints and there was someone elses old food in the mini fridge. But for 110$ a night i guess you get wjat you pay for. Ill not be staying here again in the future

    Superb

    We were staying in Portland because my daughter had several doctor appointments up there. The hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was perfect for us and was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.
