    Unimpressed

    Very unimpressed...... poolwas "broken" but there were people seen in it earlier that evening. Elevator was scary, used the stairs because we were afraid we'd get stuck. Refrigerator never got cold, kept our food in our cooler. Waste of my money

    Very dated. Areas leading outside were very dirty. Key card access for the rear door was not working. Uncleaned areas outside. Inside the room smelled. The sink barely drained. I booked 4 nights but only stayed 3. I couldn't take it and I will not stay there again.

    Very disappointing stay

    Stayed there 5 days. Never cleaned my room no new towels, no new toilet paper, sheet were dirty when I got there. No coffee available in the lobby. I have stayed here many times when I am in town and this was a very dissatisfying stay by far

    While the room was inexpensive and clean, there were definitely a few issues. Smoke alarm hanging off the wall. AC/Heating unit was so loud it woke us up in middle of night and we had to shut if off completely. Only Decaf coffee available in room.

    No cleanliness during a Pandemic

    Booked the room for my fiances birthday. Room was horrible, there was a halfway made bubble bath & dirty wash cloth in the bathroom, there was blood on the wall next to the toilet, the heater barely worked on high, when we let the front desk know about the dirty bathroom she replied "what do you want me to do about it? You can leave or i can personally clean it." My fiance & I agreed to just let her clean it but she NEVER cleaned it. I had to was to toilet & jacuzzi tub myself to feel comfortable enough to use it for the few hours we were there. This was the dirtiest room I ever been in & expected more especially during a pandemic
