Good
Basic stay, will choose another hotel next time.
Basic hotel, not much in room and the toilet/shower was basically a porta loo dropped into a room. Noisy at night as the hotel was full of Irish Celtic supporters. Wouldn’t book again.

Ok but not great
The service was great and the staff very welcoming and helpful. But there was barely any pressure in the shower and the wi-fi would not work. I didn’t think it was value for money.

Great Hotel
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. This hotel is very central to most shops and restaurants and is barely a five minute walk to Sauchiehall Street. Great place to stay if you want to walk everywhere. Staff so kind and friendly. The staff on reception were so helpful when it came to recommending places to eat and drink. Rooms very clean, our room was a little too hot for our liking but nothing to complain about. We have already recommended this hotel to a number of friends and family. Would like to give a special thanks to Alex, Jolanta and Liam who made our trip even better with recommendations and general chit chat throughout our stay.

Review
Tv stated “connect your device” but wouldn’t do so and when asking for help and explaining the problem to the staff their response was “try it again in a wee while” which clearly wasn’t going to do anything?? Then when ordering food for room service they responded with the oven was broken and there wasn’t much else of a variety to choose from which was really disappointing, also pillows felt brick hard and had a restless sleep constantly tossing and turning. Wasn’t all bad, breakfast was great and receptionist was a great guy! Really helpful with some things.

Pleasant stay
Was a cheap deal for a nights stay, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was perfect for the night, clean and tidy. Bed was a little too firm for my liking but did find the extra pillows that helped get a better sleep. There is a bar and food being served, but was a better choice a few minutes walk.

Very good
Clean lovey hotel. Only issue was the bed was too hard for my liking so wasn’t a comfortable sleep.
