Underwhelmed for a Hampton. Just not what I have become accustomed to at Hampton. People were friendly. Skimpy breakfast selection.

The breakfast was good the first night. The bed was comfortable enough. One of the jets in the whirlpool didn’t work in room 201 and the latch on the door to lock for extra security it was broke, but overall the stay was fine.

Almost everything in the room was broken or didn't work to include the door, tub jets, tub stopper, environmental unit, lights, sofa, tv stations... and the filth under the sofa and on top the doors... wow... incredibly bad... which is a shame cause this is my go to hotel for 10+ years

The hotel overall was very nice. The Young lady who checked us in was very pleasant, however she didn’t understand or bother with a request we made about payment. We later spoke with Octavia Jackson who helped us confirm and fix the problem so that we would not be charged for the room as we were paying for it through Hotels.com. I received our Discover bill today and saw that it had been fixed.

Still needs TLC throughout the hotel. Room was great but bed was still too…….hard. Need to invest in pillow top beds or cushioned mattress covers. Wall by bedroom door has a badly damaged door handle receiver area. Very…… bad repair job. Also, no breakfast was available on the day of our departure. It was all the time we were there except that day. Looked like they had a substitute staff that didn’t know what to do. Disappointing considering this hotel is under the HILTON HOTELS umbrella of chains.
