Although the location is fantastic, the hotel is not very clean. We found the top of the dressers and desk dirty, the bedspread not clean and the hangers were dirty. We had a spacious enough room but didn't find very ritzy the mex city Ritz hotel.

Great location
At the time of booking, I specified that i would pay at check-in. Before i checked in, I received noticed notice of charge and when actually checkin in, i was charged the second night. Two charges from hotel ritz on 11/7. Which i am fine with. On 11/8, I received notice of a third charge. I only stayed two nights. Need this to be removed. That was my only concern.
