I stayed one night out of my 7 night booking. The first morning I went to my vehicle and some guy was loitering around it . He was strange and asked questions about my vehicle. It gave me a bad feeling about staying there for the rest of my trip so I checked out . I did call hotels.com and they did call the hotel, explained the situation and told me I would get a refund btw I’m still waiting for the refund

Terrible stay. My reservation of 2 beds was not available. The 3rd floor smelled like smoker area. The free breakfast no existed.

Well staff was nice, they have weird plastic sheets, that make yoi sweet all night. Lots of strange characters on site staying there.AC works great. Applebee's in parking lot.

At check in told booked solid when i asked for 1st floor. Was on second floor that wrecked of paint and pot in hallway. I stayed in room. Had to put ac down to 60 to get room to comfy temp. The frige froze my food. Cigarette burns on tub. No maid came to room next day to clean or give towels or take trash. About 3am saturday while in bed i turned adjusted my pillows and headboard fell off wall. At check out no one at front desk. Just a sign saying sold out. No breakfast no person. I left key in basket. Called hotels and neither hotel or hotel.com will do anything to fix this. No refund nothing...simply blame me for not asking to be moved at 3am in .morning when hotel is sold out! Where would they move me to at 3am with no rooms and a 10 am check out!!! Never again. Buyer beware!

COMFORTABLE STAY
Our stay was pleasant. Staff was nice. System went down when we were checking in... thats a bit frustrating on both sides. Our rooms were cozy and a/c worked great. Shower water was hot. It was easy to relax. My only complaint, the hallways smelled like cigarettes. They didnt stay in a smoking room but the halls really smelled bad.
