No way to check in
When we arrived it took 15 - 20 minutes before someone arrived to check us in! There was no bell and no one in sight. We called the hotel and the phone just kept ringing. No one even answered and we could hear the phone ringing.

Hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, there was a guest near us who was screaming for a good 20 minutes. Someone settled him down. Later that evening, someone was running back and forth above our room. which was noisy and kept my wife up. We mentioned all of this to the hotel manager the next morning and she said she would look into compensation for us.
