Clean, comfortable and great location!
My stay was wonderful! The location is unbeatable - on the towns’s Main Street with many restaurants and shops and just 3 blocks from the ferry. There is a small parking lot on site which is ideal as parking in the area is very challenging if you rent a jeep or golf cart. The room was very clean and modern, with incredible views of the water! Do be aware you can definitely hear roosters late at night, which i heard from locals is common across the whole island so plan to bring ear plugs :) As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable this location.

We arrived around 9PM and there was no staff at the property. We called the hotel number multiple times and it went straight to voice mail. There was no hot water at all! When we told the staff about it, they just stopped responding. And there was no hair drier. The bed sheet doesn’t look clean. I highly advise against booking this hotel.

Definitely Returning
The staff at El Navegante are fantastic and great sources of information about what to do and see. The are extremely professional and very generous. We will return to El Navegante because of the great staff working there! Hotel is conveniently located in town and close to restaurants and shops.
