Perfect! Exactly what I’d expect from a 4 star hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at the Waterfront Insular Hotel. My room was very clean and spacious, and room service was fantastic! The staff was always very professional, helpful, and accommodating. This hotel is very well maintained, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Thank you Waterfront Insular Hotel, for such a wonderful experience! I’ll be coming back again.

Staff are nice pleasant and courteous. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Room is hot ,air conditioning not working well . Shower difficult to control ,either too hot or too cold . Charge me for laundry which we didn’t had ,even charge me twice.customer service said it’s from the stained towel .Aren’t they supposed to change towels everyday ,why charge for towel replacement. Hair dryer not working. Not so happy .😞

Hotel ok ,room very very noisy due to a water treatment unit right outside windows running 24/7.doors banging all night,and being excessively overcharged for a guest of mine who took a coffee from breakfast buffet no food or anything else and it cost over 700 peso added to my bill

The hotel needs renovation. There was no elevator for us, my best friend was carrying a baby and we have to climb 3 flights of stairs. All in all, our stay was great!

Service is great. The room is outdated, even though its been cleaned, it looks dirty due to old fixtures. You can see mold infront of vanity mirror. Bathmat needs replacing as you can see black marks. Towel rock is rusty. No lift or elevator. It's good we were only in 2nd level, not advisable for elderly guests.

Insular hotel has been a part of my life and have always stayed there for a long time. This has recently changed. The building is neglected.The furniture in the room are so old to the extent of being unsafe. One of the chars was unsteady, I was concerned it was going to fall apart when we use it. The swimming pool filter was not working, so the pool could not be cleaned, the water looked dirty. I always looked forward to using the pool during our stay.Our reservation indicated King size bed, but we had twin beds. waterfront is still one of the hotels with great features, however the management needs to address obvious issues. I can see that the place is well used for weddings and conferences,hotel accommodation is not so great. I want a refund for my money if my complaints meets the guidelines.
