Customer Service Improvements
Front desk clerk was not willing to sign me up for the rewards program after not being able to use my old number. She also was not willing to help me with a problem signing up for another special mentioned on the front door. Breakfast should last later than 9:00 on weekends!

My stay was ok
My stay was not the worst and it was not the best I would say it was fair because my bathroom sink was not the cleanest my refrigerator in the didn’t work the tv had a crappy picture the elevator broke down the day of my check out and had to use the stairs glad I was on the second floor but I can say they had great parking and a good breakfast to some it up went out came back after the New Year’s party police and some guests was arguing outside the front entrance so I went the back but to some it up I don’t think I will staying there anymore but that’s just someone else my have a much better experience than I
