    Sleepless in Zion !

    The location was magnnificent. The hotel was clean and attractive. The foor service accomodated our needs. The only issue I had was the room we stayed in there was a persisent drip sound in the walls 24/7. This was annoying and not condusive to sleep. I told them upon checkout and they were aware of it, but said short of tearing the walls down nothing could be done. This was not a last minute reservation, and if they knew aboout the issue they should not of put us up for the 2 night stay. It was pretty pricey to have to put up with the inconvience of being kept awake when we were there for much needed R & R. I am not one to complain, but this time for solitutude was way overdue. I teach online students, and it has been a very difficult one accomodating students, parents and my overtime that this year that I have had to put in simply, because the situation called for it. I went with my daughter. We almost didn't go because her father had just passed from Covid 3 weeks prior to us going. We both needed this vacation. Her father's funeral is not until April16, that is the earliest due to covid backup at funeral home. We loved Zion and the getaway much needed, but some peaceful sleep would have made it perfect.

    Overall good stay

    Staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was nice to have a seperate conjoined room as part of the suite. Breakfast was all sealed grab and go which you would expect during the covid era. Overall we had a good stay.

    Great value and minutes away from Zion

    This was a really nice hotel for our 5 days in Zion. Minutes away from the park entrance. The staff was so kind, and they were always helpful and available. Pool was closed, but we enjoyed the hot tub and fires by the porch every night. Flexible room service with options to cater towards COVID-19 precautions. Accessibility is lacking with no elevators in our building. Overall, terrific value and I would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Zion.

    Superb Stay in Springdale

    Clean and comfortable with delightful staff. Even with COVID restrictions, team did an awesome job of providing a variety of options during their modified breakfast service. Perfect location with easy access to Zion. Bonus - fire pit available to guests, so we were able to relax outside by the fire with a perfect mountain view. We will stay again!

    Great Location! Good Service!

    We arrived late night and had to leave early in the morning to explore Zion. Was a short stay. The staff was friendly. Due to the pandemic, lot of Restaurants were closed around, but the person at front desk assisted us with finding the best of available options. Breakfast starts at 6. Upon request, we actually got early access! Overall great location, good service

    Great place to stay

    Great place to stay! Close to restaurants and shops and not far to the park entrance. Hotel was clean and comfy. Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was included. They've got some nice outdoor space with fire pits and some good views. Planning to stay here again the next time we visit.
