I have no bad comments to do. Everything was great. The persons at the desk were very competent and nice. Also at the dining room , the morning, the food was very good, the service to, and Fernando , maybe the supervisor, was very charming, and speaking french.I never ate for dinner. The bedroom was very clean and confortable. The situation of the hotel, is perfect, you can walk to major important parts of the city. One thing, the pressure of the shower was not regular. I recommande it, anytime.

Most amazing hotel in the area
This is so far one of the best hotels I've been. It's gorgeous and the staff really cares about the guests. The room service is awesome and super quick. I used the laundry services, the lady who picked up the clothes was very friendly and I got the clothes back on the same day. The mini bar in the room has very good variety. The room and the lobby are impeccably clean. I loved this hotel so much because of the area is located at and all the things mentioned above. Anything you need, you call to the Service Line, and they don't take not even 5 minutes to get it to you. I stay in hotels very often, and never have received this kind of service! WONDERFUL! Definitely coming back on my next visit. The restaurant is great, the food is delicious!
