Not a great experience. I had to wait 2 days for 2 extra hangers. Dry Cleaning is outsourced and cannot be some the same day. Asked reception and they said they will come take my clothes. No one showed up nor called me back. Where is the service element? Staff does not smile - depressing.

Superb hotel
Amazing hotel with nice restaurants, excellent food and superb rooms. Quiet and with a nice view from the top floors. Service was overall good, but sometimes less than desirable regarding the attention level and friendliness. Rarely have I experienced such difference between very friendly and forthcoming staff and the few that was not up to the job.

It got colder outside so management decided to turn off the air conditioner for the whole property. My room was hot. Maintenance said you can open window. Very loud outside and you cannot control temperature with window open. I paid for a room with Air condition
