I like that this is a dog friendly place to stay, and they don't give you the 'worst' room because you have a dog. I think they are smart enough to know that if you have the funds to get a room, and you want your dog to stay with you, you are probably a responsible dog owner. I must add that the Microtel in Anchorage is great. I did stay in one in Eagle River that was horrible. Wouldn't stay in the Eagle River Microtel again. But YES YES YES to Anchorage Microtel

Really helpful staff at checkin but the shower wasn’t working. By the time we discovered this it was late to tell anyone. Otherwise a great place with excellent shuttle service

Great Plasce To Stay!!!
My friend and I have been staying here almost a month now and the staff have been really great and helpful and super nice. The rooms are large and the beds super comfy. Housekeepers are great. Breakfast is usual continental breakfast with my only complaint being that there’s no plain sliced bread offered for toast. A whole bagel is too much sometimes but not a big deal. The hotel is clean, good fair price, safe, and treated very well by every staff member I’ve interacted with. I recommend to anyone to stay here for any reason at any time
