Happy with our stay!
We enjoyed this stay. Professional friendly staff. The property was clean & so was the suite. Seemed pretty quiet. We used the outdoor grill by the pool a couple times which was nice. The breakfast was decent with a lot of options. We would stay in this hotel again for sure!

Worst experience my 29 years of business travel. Waiting over 3 hours for my room which was not the room I book. They told me if I didn’t like it I could leave! I spend of 250 days a year in hotels and this is the worst experience in my last 20 years!! I watch several people with booking ga turned away because they didn’t have a room. Incredible!!

Need to staff you front desk
Check in and Check out was terrible. I stood at the front desk for 4 minutes waiting for someone to show up, when he did, he was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. Stood there for another 5 minutes and he finally got off phone, he didn't even apologize, just asked can I help you. he may have said 5 more words to me the during the entire interaction. Then when I was checking out, it was the exact same scenario, no one at the desk. I needed to get an invoice, but finally left after a couple of minutes b/c no one showed up, that was around 7:30am
