    Great Hotel - But Parking is Hell

    Overall visit was fantastic. Staff, friendly and obliging. Parking was a nightmare, had a 10 min walk to and from car park. Driving in the locality and relying on Sat Nav is challenging to say the least. Had 3 trips around the block before giving up trying to find the hotel and simply parking in nearest car park.

    Booked this hotel due to the 9.8 stars rating. Checking in was fine, but the room was poor and bar service was awful. The room was bitterly cold, 16C. It was heated for a while after speaking to reception and then the electricity cut again and it was back to freezing. Spoke to reception three times. Was told Managemnt would call me to apologise and ‘work something out’. Two weeks later and I’ve not heard anything from them, so time for a review. Give Mal Maison a whirl instead.
