Sorry...but cannot recommend this hotel.
The Hotels.com pictures are a bit misleading. The hotel rooms really do not have the views you would expect and the property is really like a time share with some long-term or permanent residents. It is weird and the layout very confusing. The first room we received looked directly into a neighboring property between the hotel and the lake blocking any/all views. The 2nd room wasn't much better. The drive up to the hotel takes 15-20 mins on a very steep, winding, and narrow road. Easy to have an accident.

Dirty room with spider and NO AIR CONDITIONING
Hotel had wrong advertisement, gave me a room that was not what I booked for saying they are fully booked. Room is extremely dirty and had a spider size of the palm of adult hand. Bed had hair and black dust. Room does not have air conditioning. Avoid at all cost

this hotel is such a rip off with very poor hospitality. booked an apartment for 02 nights stay .. there was a small kitchenette in room ( about 1 sqm ).. to use that they asked to pay 40 CHF.. never heard of such a thing in a hotel & resort.. such a poor service, bad quality beds and pillows, house keeping was such a rip off.. daily cleaning to them means just making the bed with existing linens, replenishing coffee capsules. and not wipin off the sugar spilled on table, and not cleaning the used glasses.. the only good thing is the view of lake.. but the blacony has no flooring , no painting.. poorly maintained.. a big no to this hotel.. we were on a long 23 days trip and the 2 nights here was the worst of hospitality.. certainly not worth $450 a night

A nice stay!
It was located 20 minutes outside of Interlaken which we enjoyed due to the quiet road it was located on. We watched a lot cal farmer walk his cows right down the road in front of the hotel as we were eating! It was lovely!! They accommodated are dinning needs and staff was very helpful. Our double level was slightly outdated, but comfortable.

Highly disappointed
I had paid a premium room and most likel an expensive room so far. The room provided was the last one on the resort. Without any view and light in the remote corner of the hotel. Though room inside was good. But, no one goes To Interlaken to have a remote access room without any view and pay such a hefty amount

Avoid this DUMP!
Easily the worst part of this trip. Checked out early. Atrociously uncomfortable beds with coarse institutional linens. Worn out lumpy pillows. Rags for towels. Miserably hot room with depressing decor. No service from the staff and the worst breakfast ever, complete with stale rolls and inattentive service. No help with luggage. Hauled bags up and down stairs to get to the room. Basically an expensive youth hostel.

Family Switzerland trip, Summer 2023
The hotel was clean, good service, roomy with an amazing view of the lake and the Swiss mountains. The only downside was that it was 25 minute drive into the center of the city where all of the activities are. But there is buses that can take you there and back. Plus, if you have your own car, you can drive into the city center!
