    Not the best.

    I suppose you get what you pay for! The staff on reception are extremely nice and helpful and make up for the rest of the stay. The hotel is like a rabbit warren. The rooms are very outdated and in need of updating in addition to the mattress on the beds. As for the bathroom, it is very outdated and the shower/bath is dangerous (slippy) to get out of when wet. Location wise it is very central and within walking distance to the shopping area.

    Good location in pedestrian street, large room but it was a pit old and dated. Room was at the back of hotel and was a very long walk to get to. No car space left so had to park further away for 20 eur over night.

    Pleasant stay, Rooms are quite small and said queen size bed but think this was standard size double in England. Unable to get WIFI in room. Staff were friendly and Room was clean. We will stay here next time as perfect location for city.

    Overall good stay

    Pros - great location, shops and food nearby and 10 minute walk to the centre palace where the Christmas Markets where located. Friendly staff. House keeping everyday. Cons - very dated hotel. Rooms could be doing with getting modernised. Double rooms have 2 single beds put together. Only 1 pillow each but we were able to get additional pillows no problem at reception. Would recommend to stay if you aren’t bothered about the old decor. Would also recommend asking for a room to the rear as the street at the front is busy all the time and noisy.
