Super friendly staff and very clean rooms. We used the pool area and enjoyed our rooms. The breakfast was nice and delish, they did great accommodations for covid19. Our beds were comfy and the rooms are very nicely upgraded with modernized furniture. I highly recommend for any stays.

The hotel is nice, up to date, clean, nice staff My biggest issues were the heating in the room was non existent. The thermostat on the wall did nothing when turning the heat up. I had a 1 year old baby and was worried that she was too cold all night. It was freezing outside and very cold in our room Also there are no curtains, just a shade that is about 6 inches in front of the window. So from the side all the lighting from the parking lot and business signs shined in

Very friendly front desk employee got us checked in quickly. Rooms were nice the floors are very poorly insulated and cheaply constructed. You will hear every foot step from the people above you if you not top floor.

The best hotel in St. Charles
This is probably the best hotel in St. Charles. The staff was wonderful and it eas very clean. Due to Covid 19, there was no hot breakfast or indoor pool use but that isnt their fault. I will stay there again while visiting family. Very convenient
