Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Georgetown, KY

Our stay at the Country Inn and Suites was really pleasant. The staff at the front desk were all happy and upbeat and from the check in process to check out process, they were willing and able to help. Breakfast was open, with the help of the staff, and it was hotel breakfast and it was fine. The rooms were comfortable, the bed was fine (king size) and came with four small pillows, (that would be my only "complaint"...the pillows were too small and soft) and the thermostat worked! Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel for value, quality, comfort and staff.

First off, it is a clean hotel. No complaints there. One of the women at the front desk was a little rude when we were checking in. The beds were firmer than what my family prefers but that is our preference. Overall is it an ok experience.

The room was nice. The pool stayed open till midnight. You did have to make a reservation but accommodating. The breakfast was a great service. Selection was great. Loved the waffels and the oatmeal. Always eggs and bacon.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Very clean and well-kept property. Beds and room comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again.

Was close to restaurants clean not real quiet but not bad either. The pool you had to reserve a time and when you went to check in the lady was a little rude. The freezer cover was broken off so nothing stayed frozen, AC was blocked at a certain temperature curtains had tiny little holes in then so lights filters through them. They had nothing good on the channels when listed weren’t available. Breakfast was so so had sausage gravy and biscuits but no potatoes or hot cooked eggs. Toaster either burnt toast on one side and nothing on other side. All in all a nice place to stay.

We have stayed in Country Inns before and have always found them above average. This one did not meet our expectations. I found an empty juice bottle and a Bobby pin on the floor of our room. The corner lamp wouldn’t work and neither did the night light. The plug in on the nightstand lamp wouldn’t work. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. One positive was the hot breakfast in the morning. Most places just give you a snack bag because of Covid. We will not come back to this hotel in the future.

It just wasn’t great. The images shown on web look much better than it really is.

The Hotel was in a good location for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

The staff was extremely friendly! Everything was very clean, we enjoyed our stay.

Tried to find a hotel last minute on a long drive home from spring break and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. It was budget friendly, decent size room, comfortable beds and quiet. Add to the fact that they had an indoor pool with hot tub and a hot breakfast bar, it was perfect for us. Only complaint is that the check in process was very slow because they only had one staff person who was overwhelmed. Not her fault but would have been solved by having an extra person during prime check in hours.
