    Comfortable stay

The hotel was conveniently located near the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. It was a hot breakfast. The kitchen and dining room area are small so it does tend to get crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check in was quick and easy. They had luggage dolly’s, which helped in moving the luggage to the room. They pool looked nice, and I would have loved an opportunity to use it but we had to many plans. I would definitely stay again.

Looks ok on the outside but the inside..yuck!

First of all the hotel looks nice on the outside. The man that was working was a bit rude. They gave us the wrong room. If they give you room 119 tell them you want another room. It is right in behind the Krystal's so you hear them placing orders until 2am! That room in particular smelt of some animal shavings/bedding. I sprayed lysol and microban and nothing got the smell out. Also, the floors was literally black. I had to wipe up something and the towel was black as jet. We had planned to stay for 3 nights. I barely made it 1 night (was forced to stay because the guy at the front desk would not give me a refund and also would not give me a refund for the other 2 nights). The sheets and bedding on the beds was disgusting. Looked like someone had gotten busy on one of them. They had a mirror in front of the bed and behind the bed. Sickening to me. For the price they charge, it is NOT worth it! Luckily they had a shift change so in the morning I talked to the lady at the front who agreed to refund me. Also, breakfast is the 3rd floor. They only have 1 small elevator. Not much to pick from for breakfast either.

It was ok, but just ok

Our overall experience was ok. The hotel was a great location right across from The Titanic Exhibit and Hatfield and McCoy. The bed was comfortable and the hotel seemed clean but our room had a strange and somewhat unpleasant smell. It may have been the type of cleaner they were using. In general I would rate the experience as just ok. We have stayed at better and at worse. We chose to only spend one night and spent the rest of our stay at a hotel in Gatlinsburg instead.

    Great place to stay.

Very friendly staff. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast had a nice variety. We had a great experience staying here. Pet friendly if you traveled with a dog. We saw several of them during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

If you have a dog and want to stay...think twice

Stayed here because its dog friendly. Needless to say, came home from dinner and had to listen to the neighbors 2 dogs bark non stop. Every time we moved on our room or got up to go to the restroom they would start on a screaming barking spree. Went to the front desk to address the issue and the guy working clearly needs to work on his customer serbice. He was short wirh his answers and rude. You could hear the dogs at the gront desk amd he just stared at me when i mentioned it. Tried finding another place but everything was sold out for the holiday weekend. Contemplated actually getting in car and driving home but we were too tired to drive. The room was very expensive and was way too outdated for the price. Very disappointing. All the lawn areas were covered in dog poop that pet owners were too damn lazy to pick up which made it hard to walk your dog without stepping in poop. Not sure about any of the other rooms but for those of you wanting to bring your pup and enjoy yourself, then avoid this place at all costs.
