One night visit
Check in was smoothly handled by the efficient receptionist. Our meal was delicious. under the present conditions we were able to drink our own wine. I've stayed here before and will do so again next time I'm in Glasgow. Covid restrictions were adhered to and the room was spotless. No complaints on any score.

Of course there are fancier hotels in Glasgow, but if you are looking for a base in the city that is friendly, warm, clean and comfortable- this is it! Special thanks to Scott and Erin who couldn’t have done more for us!

Good: good customer service. When the next door room was very loud in the middle of the night the manager dealt with it quickly and well. Reasonably clean. Spacious. Basic but solid amenities. Bad: Thin, very poor quality pillows. Uncomfortable sheets. Room was overly warm despite the radiators being turned off. When the window was opened traffic was very loud and the room became very cold. Shower seemed to only have one temperature. Thin walls. Some mould in the bathroom. Overall a very average stay and experience.

The hotel was lovely the staff where absolutely brilliant friendly helpful. The only few down sides where no 24 hour room service which with the restaurant and bar being closed down didn’t make sense especially in the morning when you want breakfast and room service doesn’t start until 12pm the bed was like two single beds put together & the tv only had the basic 5 channels apart from that it’s a good wee hotel for the price
