    Nice

It was nice stay, it’s clean, room is spacious. The only thing is the exhaust in the shower is not working.

Good for a short stay in Jasper

The room was spacious (double queen), and hotel was in a quiet location but still walkable to downtown. However, the hotel overall needed a bit of work and looked dated. Carpeting in the stairwells and halls was worn through in places, and an unusual smell in the hallways (which makes sense for a pet-friendly hotel). It did not appear "newly renovated" as advertised. On the plus side, the front desk staff was helpful when we needed forms printed for travel and efficient on check in and out.

Great place and awesome customer service

Thanks for crediting us 50% of one night due to the power outage that we experienced for 3 hours. We were happy and pleased to doing that Thanks

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Sad that you can’t get your room cleaned due to “Covid-19”. Pool and hot tub were good. Restaurant was fine, but a bit pricey. Would stay here again, as we have stayed a couple of times here now.

    Excellent stay!

Nice family stay of two nights. The room is clean and trendy, and the beds are comfy. The carpet has outdated color, but still looks clean. Overall, a good stay.

    Thanks

It was really good. It was interesting that there were more people parked outside instead of using the underground parking. We received a complaint that we were too loud after 11:00 pm. Although we were playing cards with the family, I understand that we were loud and appreciated that we received a call, knowing that if we were in the same spot the front desk would have no problem calling said noise violators. Overall, it was a nice stay.

    Pleasant stay.

Overall our stay was good. Really liked the location, quiet and easy to get to. We were wishing we'd brought our own pillows, because we like a pillow that isn't so puffy. We appreciated the blanket that was in the closet because we find the duvets to be too heavy and hot. It was quite hot during our stay and the air conditioner was a lot nicer than some places we have stayed. There is starting to be some things that need some updating and fixing, nothing major. The men's shower by the pool was not working. We would consider staying here again the next time we come to Jasper.
