Dirty dirty hotel rooms
Well the room was disgusting from makeup and what looked like dried blood on the pillow covers and comforter ,i called the front desk and no one seemed to really care the bathroom toilet was dirty pretty much the whole room and there was only one friendly front desk agent and she check us in after that everyone was dry and unpleasant

The pool was nothing like in the picture. Very small. Toilet seat was loose the sink had cracks. Toilet seat was fixed fairly quickly. Wasnt told about the pay to store your car on site until final night of stay. Staff was professional and courteous. Location was good. Id say about 7 out of 10. Expected a little bit more with Hyatt name.

Nice place with minor issues
I guess they are still dealing with Covid issues and therefore don't have things you are used to having when staying at a hotel. For instance, there was not the customary book with amenities listed as well as food places and TV channels etc. There was no guide on the TV but they did bring me a list of channels... searching for something to watch was long and tedious because you had to watch it a while to see if you could figure out what it was! My early morning attempt to get my truck from the valet attendants took a while as well.... no one was answering when you called down for it and I finally gave up trying to call them, and called the front desk and they got hold of them. The valet attendants were very nice and apologetic and I had no issue at all the following day. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the beds were more comfortable than most.

Hands down, the best!
The Hyatt Regency Downtown Tulsa was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I do lots of traveling and have stayed at numerous hotels across the US. I had a clean, spacious room and it was so peaceful. No doubt, I’d stay here again if I were traveling in the area.

I was excited about the location since it was downtown, but everything was just OK. Probably good for conferences and adult events, but just OK for families.

Disappointed
Disappointed on the condition of the room when we checked in. Bed comforters were both dirty with stains on them and the sheets. The heater of the room was also not working. We went to bed around 1am due to the fact that it took them since 4:00pm-12:30AM to bring us 2 blankets and a small heater for the room! My kids were using towels to cover themselves because the room was so cold! They wouldn’t give us another room. Because they didn’t have one, it was absolutely horrible experience! It took me calling front desk/service about 20 times for them to get us 2 blankets and a heater! Also you couldn’t talk to any manager because they didn’t have one working according to front desk! Just very disappointed.

Fire alarm was pulled at 3 am everyone had to evacuate for nothing. Room was not ready at 4 - had to either water or settle for a different room with smaller beds - but it was a nice motel

Tulsa Trip..
For the most part it was a good stay. My 2 kids and I came for a weekend getaway. Our room was decent, but we were right by the elevator. Loud people talking and thin walls with small kids, NEVER a good combination. Small shower stall, very little water pressure. NO MICROWAVE. So ALL OF OUR LEFTOVERS, WASTED. NOT happy at all about that. Didn't realize until it was too late. Hallways were LITTERED with dirty sheets. Housekeeping just piled up lines outside of the rooms that checked out, and they stayed there for DAYS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNCLEAN.
