Very good
Time for renovation!
Location and views are great but time to upgrade the rooms. Almost no counter space in bathroom, awkward shower are just bot acceptable at this price point.

Good
Not MO brand worthy but nice view
Disappointed. Did not have the mandarin oriental feel. Old hotel didn’t smell nice not typical of dreamy lobbies in other hotels. Smelled like a pool and when entering lots of wasted space bar was being worked on and they had a make shift bar where the chairs were very worn and dirty. Room was good size but bed hard sheets hard. View amazing of bay however they allow smoking on balcony and room next had empty Red Bull cans and a water bottle full of cigarette butts. Not appealing nor cared to smell it. Despite being “outside” it still blows into room of door left open. They did switch and luckily no one on either side was smoking. Ac didn’t work well had to call but they promptly fixed by setting at 60 to cool. No coffee maker in room which I prefer to $20 small coffee from room service. Was only there 3 nights for a business event at near by hotel. Should have stayed there. MO staff were nice and accommodating but overall not as I had hoped from such a prestigious brand.
