Exceptional room with back entrance to the pool. The included continental breakfast was poor and I cannot recommend the restaurant.

The property is very nice! I like the tropical/secluded feel that you are away from the city. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a private patio in back! I loved the butler service which brings you to the beach, sets up your chairs and umbrella and brings you back when your ready. Even food is just a phone call away. I stayed 3 nights, and could have easily stayed a week. The front desk service leaves you needing nothing, and the property is nicely maintained so you're at ease your whole stay. The location is nothing short of ideal. We walked everywhere; dinner on 5th Ave all 3 nights, lunch on 3rd St twice. Lots to see, great food and people, and just a great overall experience!

Nice location and property, clean and good size rooms

This place was amazing. The staff, setting and location were great. My only complaint is the a/c unit was very old and loud and would wake us up everytime it came on. Other than that it's as perfect place to relax and enjoy. Kind of old world charm.

Escalante is a beautiful 10 room boutique hotel. Very old world in both appearance and service. You are very central to downtown Naples and all the restaurants on South 5th Ave but would have no idea. The food at their restaurant is outstanding.

The Escalante is the best kept secret in Naples! The staff, in every aspect was friendly and anxious to attend to our every need. The hotel is right on the corner on 5th & 3rd which makes it in walking distance to all the main restaurants and shops on both avenues. Best of all it's one block off the beach. Reminded us of some of the most beautiful hotels in central Mexico. The gardening is immaculate, to the extent that the gardener was there in the early A.M. with scissors to trim every little unwanted leaf. I'd have to name everyone that helped from front desk to room keeping to praise them all. The suite was comfortable and spacious. I would not hesitate to highly recommend The Escalante to anyone that is looking for the perfect get away.

Loved the convenient location of the Escalante and the european ambiance of the property. Outstanding service all around. We were upgraded to a suite before our arrival and that set the tone for an amazing 4 days at this property. Thank you to all who made our visit so relaxing.
