J5 Hotels - Port Saeed

Some 5star hotels need to learn from the staff at j5 on how to treat guests. From arrival to departure (9days) all staff were welcoming and helpfull. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. It has a kitchenette with utensils all well kept. Hotel close to Diera City Centre Mall and a 10 min walk to metro. I will definitely return to this hotel.

When you enter the lobby it is not impressive... not cozy, not clear and not spacious compared with the other same star hotels but the services are amazing. All staff is accommodating and very helpful especially Ms. Nina at the reception, and the bell boy who assisted us in our room (I forgot his name). The room for studio type is spacious and they have a big bathroom and mobility. They have a gym and pool but not able to visit those because were only have one night's stay and most of the time we went outside. I requested late check-out and they gave us till 1:30 pm and I appreciate the gesture at the reception when I called them. I will recommend this property and definitely consider again in our future stay.

Really out of date rooms, shabby, tired furniture. The room smelled stale too. If you are going to provide a kitchenette make sure there are plates and cutlery! The Bathroom was grim with dirty shower curtains that are so cheap to buy. Huge mirror right by the toilet which was unusual whilst sitting on the toilet. The pool was up a spiral set of stairs so not good for those with difficulties. I wouldn't stay here again.

This was my fourth stay at this hotel. The staff is fantastic. Best value in UAE.
