terrible stay, do not recommend
Where do I even begin? Only good thing about this hotel is the location, its a 4 minute walk from paddington station. The room is so small you cant even fit your luggage anywhere, the door of the bathroom cant even open if the closet door is open, which I couldnt close because my bags didnt fit. There is literally one outlet to plug your phone or computer. I had to unplug the tv so I could charge my phone. One night went down to the bar to have a beer and there was no bartender, I went to ask at the front desk and there was no one there either. No AC in the room, we had to use the tiniest fan to keep cool. Bed was very uncomfortable. Our last night at the hotel something happened and our room smelled like sewage. We also wanted to leave our bags for a couple hours after checking out and they charged us 5 pounds per bag, we had two small backpacks and a carry-on, what a rip-off!!!! Needles
to say, we wont be coming back to this place ever, please do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
