The bed was comfortable, but…
The employees were nice, and the bed was comfortable. We were unable to shower because the hot water came out of the shower head, and the cold water came out of the tap. The bathroom light would not turn off, and the bathroom door did not latch, so we had to unscrew the bulbs in the bathroom to make it dark enough to sleep. When we told the front desk about it, she was kind, took notes, and said she’d see about a partial refund, but I’d be surprised if that will happen. They had to have known about the shower and bathroom light problems because the cleaning staff had to have reported it.
