I gave very high scores to this hotel! First of all, it's new. Everything inside you could tell it's a new hotel. Second, it's just a 3 miniute walk when you stepped out of Nankai Namba station! And 3 minute walk to all the restaurants and shopping district in Namba! Third, it's really spacious! We're a party of three adults, we booked the family room with twin beds and an upper bunk bed, underneath there's a sofa. Surprisingly we could opened all our big suitcases at the same time! This never occurred to us in Japan. Moreover, the bathroom and toilet were separated, and outside the toilet there was another sink to wash your hands or brush your teeth without waiting for the person using bathroom, the layout of the room was really amazing! Staff were nice, there was complimentary coffee in the lobby, too bad we didn't have a chance to try the breakfast. Overall I highly recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in Namba.

8/10 Very good

The staff was not that helpful. They didn’t know where the liquor store was, they wouldn’t give any restaurant recommendations they wouldn’t allow you to get a cup of coffee before 7:00 am. Other than that they were adequate. The location is pretty good being close to dotinbori and the price was a good value.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, very close to underground and most important tourist streets.

8/10 Very good

The location was excellent, very close to Namba Station and from there to the vast network of trains and subways. Room was clean and breakfast had a variety of options. There are only two things I would suggest as possible improvements: a) having some gluten free options for breakfast (I could eat only few things), and b) having something to use as a desk in the room or within the hotel. My husband needed to work and there was not a place where to put the computer on, in the room or in the lobby.
